It seems we've all gotten to a point in our lives where we don't have the time, the spirit, the whatever it was to interact and wax poetic on life and its many oddities. There was a really cool time in all our lives where we were fucking witty and engaging, could talk for 6 or 7 paragraphs and have the reader as interested as we were writing it (some may still claim those abilities). That was a nice period in time, where everything clicked. Things have marched on and now we've either found other avenues for that release, or left it behind altogether.

It's sad, but I guess inevitable. I personally hate change, probably hate more to admit that I've changed, but I'm still glad to have known people that kept me hanging on till the 7th paragraph, and to have been a part of the discussion. As for this clunky old site it'll be around for as long as you guys want it around, maybe we'll all get a second wind in our 30s...

on a lighter note...

Why is it the only Winter Olympic sport I can tolerate is ice skating? I attempted to watch snow boarding and it was an entirely joyless activity.
