It's hot and Stacy's due in the country very soon. Would like to go to airport, however, I have just arisen and it's almost lunchtime and I need to do some work. I have to spruce up my portfolio for Monday. Eeek. Tomorrow won't even be home all day and will possibly just fall asleep early. I did nothing really of worth yesterday either so I think I should catch up. Eeeks.

Certain people are being v v distracting of late. Tsk. Is horrible in such a good way. Hum ho.

I couldn't sleep last night because I was hyper. I was flipping through the channels. Cable can be so boring at times. I decided not to watch Betterman (Anime) and I landed on A&E which was showing something called "Beauty in a Jar". A documentary about make-up. Ah yes my kind of thing. Turns out there's so much history I didn't know about. Wow. There's a lot more to it than dressing up for the stupid men. I never used to wear makeup before because I was lazy and didn't want to put anything on my face, and didn't know how, but now I do...generally. Now it's fun, good for experiments, and such an expression of artistry. Of course I have to attempt to look pretty too. ;)

I've been idle and listening to the radio. I've been hearing quite a lot of crap actually. Thank heavens for mp3's I say.

I don't know if I've mentioned my scorn for that little hyper flowery Ketchup song. What the fuck is this Las Ketchup shit? What...are..they..saying??? This is shittiest group I've heard for a while. Heard that they have a DANCE too. Hahahaha! This trend - can it possibly be worse than the Macarena? I doom them to hell. Hell I say.

Also, I heard a kinda slow/dub version of Volar�. Oh God help them all.

On the good side of things though, there is hope remaining. Have a buddy of mine, Detnator, who is doing some cool remixes of late. His electronic shit is mad sweet. When he releases his CD you will buy it :) Heck I got the shout out thing on the radio last night too. The new one they're playing on 95.1 is a remix of Incert Coin's "Changes". It's not yet released though. :(
